RETURNS & REFUNDS
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To find out if you are eligible for a refund, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get back to you as soon as we can. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.
If you have received a faulty or damaged product, please contact us at email@example.com and attach photos of the fault or damaged product. Upon inspection of the photos we will replace your product. No extra shipping costs will be charged.
Here at ELITEFIT, we also take care in displaying each product in detail, and provide a number of photos/videos for each product. If you believe an item is not as described, please attach photos of the product and contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org - upon inspection, you may be eligible for a partial refund.
REFUNDS DUE TO DELAYED SHIPPING
Our average shipping times are 15-30 business days. However, in some cases there are delays which are not under our control.
In such cases shipping times may take longer than average, but we will do whatever we can to speed up the process.
In the case where an item does arrive in 6 weeks from the order date, only then will we refund or resend the item.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially processed.

SALE ITEMS (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We will happily replace items if they are defective or damaged.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a tracking service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
